After almost a year of desperate craving, last night i finally got to the rumored Ramen Ki-Mama; possibly Swedens only ramen shop! (Birgerjarlsgatan 93, stockholm if anyone would like to go). My obsession with this food is not at all healthy but there is just someting about it that you just have to have sometimes! The strange power of the ramen...
There were also all kinds of other japanese food i've never seen here; kimchi, gyôza, curry etc.
The ramen was really good, not as good as my favorite in shinjuku (where the secret ramen recipe has been passed down for generations and ones hierarchical path to the cooking pots involve 10 years of washing noodles) but at least their miso ramen was throughly satisfying. Yum!
